Weekends provide a chance for a slower more relaxed start to your day and Earls’ new fresh sourdough bread continues the theme, we have been perfecting the recipe for two years! Rising slowly and naturally from an in-house grown sourdough starter, the dense, chewy new bread make its début on the brunch menu. Find it grilled with Virginia ham, Swiss cheese and roasted Serrano cream in a toothsome Croque Madam; tucked beneath poached eggs and hollandaise Eggs Benedict or drenched in egg batter and grilled in butter with Chantilly cream, berry puree and pure Camp Maple Syrup for Earls new Sourdough French Toast. Brunch includes complimentary house made brioche cinnamon buns brushed with cream cheese icing.
A breakfast Hash combines avocado, Chorizo and field mushrooms with crispy fried potatoes topped with poached eggs; For the wholesome and health conscious, a vegetarian Frittata folds in fresh goat cheese with grape tomatoes and mushrooms and Earls house-made granola combines flax, rolled oats, dried cranberries, sultanas, toasted almonds and pecans with Greek yoghurt and fresh berries. Earls signature Caesar; fresh squeezed juices – on their own or topped with sparkling wine, or white peach sangria are perfect accompaniments, or choose from the full craft beer, cocktail and wine list.
Starting Saturday, September 14th Earls will offer brunch Saturday, Sunday and holiday Monday’s at select locations until 2 pm alongside our regular menu, which continues on until late.
